Dorian previously led sustainable construction and embodied carbon initiatives for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and has directed large-scale environmental testing, compliance programs, and sustainability strategies across public and private sectors.
Her expertise brings national-level environmental leadership to Western North Carolina.
